This policy covers keithpays.com. The site is run by Keith Christy at NCS Pays LLC (“NCS Pays,” “we”), an authorized Hyfin partner. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- The demo form. Your name, business name, mobile number, email, crew size, how your customers pay you now, and the best time to reach you. The form also records which trade page you used and how you found the site (for example, a flyer, an ad or a referring website).
- Demo bookings. If you pick a time for your demo, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you type in the notes box, along with how you found the site.
- Calls, texts and emails. If you contact Keith, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.
- Site usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, form submissions and bookings, and to see how visitors use the site.
- Your browser. While your tab is open, the site keeps your first name, email, trade and visit source in your browser's session storage so the scheduler can fill them in for you. It's cleared when you close the tab.
How we use it
- To contact you about the demo you asked for, run the demo and follow up.
- To answer your questions about invoicing and payment processing through NCS Pays.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring in requests, so we know what's working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers. We use trusted service providers that host this site, process form submissions, handle scheduling and measure site traffic. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- Payment partners, only if you apply. If you decide to apply for an account, your business details go to the payment processing partners needed to set it up. That is a separate application you complete yourself.
- When the law requires it. We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Texts and calls
If you give us your mobile number, Keith may call or text you about your demo request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting you.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and booking details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and keep our business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, email keith@ncspays.com or call 267-673-4013.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
